Known to many television viewers as James
Motsamai on SABC2 soapie Muvhango, Dingaan Mokebe will also be seen presenting
the channel’s consumer rights show Speak Out, whose new season aired out last
week Thursday.
Actor Mokebe feels that the consumer
investigative show, which airs on Thursdays evenings, will introduce him to a
new market.
In
an interview with the Sowetan Live last week Mokebe said, “I have worked hard
to get where i am today and i am grateful for all the opportunities in my
life.”
He also said, “Though this is a show where
i will be confronting alleged fraudsters and conman, i am ready for the
challenge.”
Mokebe also revealed that people have the
misconception that the show is about exposing wrongdoings, but says it is also
about making wrongdoers takes responsibility for their actions and rectify
them.
The show is highly characterised by
aggression by those who are accused of wrongdoing and in the worst situations
it can even lead to physical fights but Mokebe said he is ready for all that.
Meanwhile, the South African Broadcasting
Cooperation (SABC) PUBLICIST Lebo Malete said that the previous Speak Out
presenters, Vuyelwa Booi and Duncan Senye are venturing into other projects.
Catch Dingaan Mokebe on Thursday nights at
2130hrs on SABC2- YOU BELONG.
James seems to be doing a good job there because he seems passionate about this as he sympathises with the victims and confronts the wrong doers and holds them accountable. People believe that they can get away with exploiting the poor or the unfortunate
ReplyDeletei feel the same way too, the previous presenters were also passionate about their job but James takes the cup.
